How to Request
To request biospecimen samples for analysis and/or genetic/biomarker data from already performed measurements, please complete the Biospecimen Research Proposal survey by clicking on the link below.

After you submit your Biospecimen Research Proposal, the ISCHEMIA Biorepository Committee and ISCHEMIA Leadership will review the submission. The committee will consider all requests and provide a response within six weeks.
